Mrs Omosule, Registrar and Mr Olayide, Bursar
According to a statement by the university’s Public Relations Officer, Mr Abiodun Olarewaju, the new deputy registrar was, until her appointment, the deputy registrar and acting director, Vice Chancellor’s Office.

THE governing council of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, has appointed Mrs. Margaret Idowu Omosule as the 12th registrar and secretary to the governing council.
It also announced the appointment of Mr. Samson Olayide Ayansina as the new bursar.
A native of Ughelli South Local Government, Delta State, Mrs Omosule holds a Bachelor of Arts  (B.A Educ) in History (1984); a Master of Arts degree (M.A) in Guidance and Counselling (1990) both from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and is currently on her Ph.D programme in the Department of Educational Foundations and Counselling, Faculty of Education, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
She joined the services of the Obafemi Awolowo University as an Administrative Officer 1 on January 23rd, 1995 and rose through the ranks to the post of deputy registrar in 2011.
Mr Ayansina until his appointment worked in the Finance Department of the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Oyo State, as Deputy Bursar/Finance Controller.
A native of Eruwa in Oyo State, the new bursar obtained his National Diploma from The Polytechnic, Ibadan 1986 after emerging as the Overall Best Student in Business Administration.
He later obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree, First Class Honours, in Accounting from the Lead City University, Ibadan, where he also emerged as the Overall Best Student in Auditing in 2007.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Mr. Ayansina’s work experience cuts across all areas of accounting.
